FREE SHIPPING on Ground delivery within continental USA !!!GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:We will attempt to ship your item within 48 hours after payment has been received. We ship via USPS, UPS, UPS-MI, and FedEx. The carrier will be determined by Made PC at the time of shipping. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Box addresses. The shipping price includes all packing and handling fees. You may take advantage of the free Ground shipping that we offer, or you can select an Expedited shipping method at checkout. Oversized or high-value items will be shipped via FedEx/UPS only; we will contact the buyer for additional payment information if needed. The shipping charge is estimated and may change due to weight, dimensions, delivery location and carrier availability. The buyer will be notified of any changes before the order is finalized. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been successfully delivered to your correct address. However, if the carrier concludes that the package has been lost or delivered to the wrong location, we will reimburse you for the cost of the product or send a replacement. SHIPPING TO CANADA:All orders which are shipped via USPS and have successfully left the United States (as per USPS tracking information) will no longer be trackable and is no longer the responsibility of Made PC. Please refer to USPS Customer Service for assistance. Customs fees, duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when the recipient picks up the package. These fees are not included in the shipping price. We will not under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. All items are shipped securely in boxes, no envelopes. We provide combined shipping discounts, which are applied during checkout.DHL service is available only if the customer provides their DHL account number.
